Sean Wardroup is Jordy Construction’s President. Along with Charles Jordy’s stewardship, Sean has been a driving force of the growth and direction of the company.

As President of Jordy, Sean’s role is to ensure that the pre-construction and construction management team deliver the firm’s services to the highest and strictest standards of quality, budget, time and personal attention. His current responsibilities include leading the company into new growth, fostering a cohesive and inspiring work environment and bringing innovative technology and cutting edge techniques to the construction industry.

Sean joined Jordy in 1996 in project management and estimating, and was promoted to Vice President in 2003. Sean has led successful construction projects such as Izakaya Den, The Squeaky Bean, University of Colorado Hospital, and many ground-up and renovation projects in the medical and commercial industries. Sean brings a strong passion for the successful and professional performance of all projects.

Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Denver.
