Location Architect Jordy Construction was brought on board early in the process for this project – our most successful way to deliver projects. We traveled to Los Angeles, California to visit the existing Seven Grand. Over two days we learned the history of the concept and what architectural features were most important. Seven Grand adopted the look and feel of an Old English Tavern circa in the 1850s. The look of wood paneling, carpet, and paint all lend itself to that time period. The project in Denver is located in the newly opened Dairy Block, by McWhinney Development. The site was approximately 100 years old and had housed several businesses over the years – most recently offices. The project consisted of a full demo, all new utilities, a full floorplan retrofit into the new space, complete with a high end, long lead millwork package. This project was completed on time in 14 weeks. The only change orders in this project were owner requested changes. We maintain a current relationship with this client and welcome their next concept into the Denver Market or abroad!
