Jordy Construction was awarded this project from a budget based on a Sketchup model provided by the owners. We brought MA Architects to the table as a recommended team member to have a good design and be conscious of the budget. With lots of coordination and collaboration between MA and Jordy, we were able to keep the details. At the end of the project, the total cost from original contract was less than $375 over the original contract!
