Ultreia

Ultreia was the second complete restaurant buildout and fourth overall project that Jordy Construction built for Crafted Concepts. The newest of their five restaurants is located in Union Station in what was previously a grab and go deli so it required full MEP system upgrades including a hydromechanical grease interceptor in the basement and recirculating grease hood on the main level. The space consisted of a prep kitchen in the basement, a full restaurant and bar on the first floor, the addition of a small dining mezzanine inside the space, and an outdoor patio seating area.
