The Studio Como project was a complete transformation of a 23,000 square foot warehouse into a high-end furniture gallery.

The buildout included new restrooms, installation of decorative metals throughout, ADA upgrades with access ramps to the building, a roof replacement, installation of fire alarms and fire sprinklers as well as constructing a fire sprinkler water main into the building. Additionally, the electrical service to the space was upgraded together with the placement of HVAC units with ductwork distribution throughout. Modern exterior window systems were put in place along with new doors, frames and hardware.
