Leah Moon serves as Jordy Construction’s Human Resources Director & Organizational Strategist, where she combines innovation, strategic insight, and a people-first approach to elevate the company’s culture and operations. Since joining Jordy in 2022, Leah has played a pivotal role in shaping a workplace where employees thrive and business goals align seamlessly with team growth and development.

In addition to leading HR initiatives, Leah collaborates with Jordy’s leadership team to drive organizational development, leadership coaching, and strategic planning. She also contributes to PR and business development efforts, strengthening Jordy’s external brand and client relationships. Her expertise in data analytics, research, and employment law allows her to craft practical, evidence-based solutions that foster both compliance and creativity.

Leah’s multidisciplinary background in tech startups, advertising, and construction fuels her innovative problem-solving. Certified in OSHA-30 and SHRM-SCP, she holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and marketing from UCCS and an Art Direction Certification from Miami Ad School in NYC. This diverse experience enables her to approach challenges with a unique mix of analytical rigor and creative vision.

At Jordy, Leah has spearheaded initiatives that include creating career pathways, modernizing company policies, and developing employee engagement programs. Her efforts have directly contributed to a stronger internal culture while reinforcing Jordy’s reputation as an industry leader.

Outside of work, Leah enjoys creative writing, hiking, photography, acting, and training in martial arts. She brings the same curiosity and drive to her personal life, continually seeking out new opportunities for growth and connection.
