Spencer Loughman

Spencer Loughman joined Jordy Construction in 2025 as a Project Manager, bringing with him extensive experience in managing fast-paced remodels and tenant improvement projects across commercial, retail, and public sector markets. With a strong background in MEP systems, permitting, and multi-site coordination, Spencer is skilled at leading complex renovations on tight timelines while maintaining budget discipline and quality standards. Before joining Jordy, Spencer served as a Construction Manager and Team Lead for Circle K’s Rocky Mountain Division, where he oversaw a team of project managers and managed more than 100 remodel and refresh projects annually across a multi-state region. His previous experience includes operations and project management roles with Colorado Carpet/Element and Orange & Black Holdings, where he delivered renovation projects for schools, government facilities, and commercial clients. Spencer is a certified Project Management Professional and brings a collaborative, field-forward approach to every project.
