Sean Wardroup serves as Chief Executive Officer and President of Jordy Construction. Alongside the longstanding stewardship of Charles Jordy, Sean has been a driving force behind the company’s growth, innovation, and strategic direction. As CEO, Sean leads the overall vision and future trajectory of Jordy Construction, guiding expansion into new markets while strengthening the company’s reputation for excellence across Colorado and beyond. In his continued role as President, he ensures that Jordy’s pre-construction and construction management teams deliver services to the highest standards of quality, budget control, timeliness, and personal attention. His leadership focuses on cultivating a cohesive and inspiring work environment while integrating innovative technology and cutting-edge construction techniques that elevate performance across all projects. Sean joined Jordy Construction in 1996, beginning his career in project management and estimating. He was promoted to Vice President in 2003 and has since played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s operational excellence and long-term client partnerships. Throughout his tenure, Sean has led numerous successful projects, including Izakaya Den, The Squeaky Bean, University of Colorado Hospital, and a wide range of ground-up and renovation projects across the medical and commercial sectors. Sean brings a deep passion for professional execution, client satisfaction, and building projects that reflect integrity and precision. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Denver.
