LEAH MOON

Leah leads human resources at Jordy Construction, supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compliance, internal communication, and day-to-day HR operations across both office and field teams. She works closely with leadership to create clarity, strengthen communication, support employees, improve processes, and help the business stay organized as it grows. Before joining Jordy, Leah built a broad career across HR, executive support, marketing, communications, and creative operations. Her experience includes working with leadership teams at VSCO, R/GA, moovel/Daimler, GlobeSherpa, and NextHealth Technologies. That background gives her a practical understanding of people, operations, communication, culture, and how teams function under pressure. Leah holds a B.A. in Communication and Marketing from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and studied art direction at Miami Ad School in New York City.
