CHARLES JORDY

SENIOR ADVISOR

Charles Jordy serves as Senior Advisor at Jordy Construction, continuing nearly five decades of leadership and stewardship within the company. Representing the second generation of family leadership, Charles previously served as President beginning in 1985 and as Chief Executive Officer from 2013 until stepping down from the role to support the company in an advisory capacity. Charles joined Jordy Construction in 1978, initially focusing on design and estimating. Over the years, he gained extensive experience in project management, particularly in healthcare facilities and technically complex construction environments. Under his leadership, Jordy Construction expanded significantly throughout the Denver metropolitan area, earning numerous awards and delivering major projects for large healthcare and hospital organizations. During his tenure as President and CEO, Charles oversaw the completion of hundreds of thousands of square feet of commercial tenant finish and remodeling projects. His leadership helped bring to life corporate headquarters, law firms, data centers, network operating centers, laboratories, municipal facilities, and specialized healthcare environments — reinforcing Jordy Construction’s reputation for precision, integrity, and technical excellence. As Senior Advisor, Charles continues to provide strategic insight, mentorship, and continuity of vision, ensuring that the company’s long-standing values and client relationships remain at the forefront of its future growth. A Denver native and graduate of Golden High School, Charles remains deeply committed to his community. He serves as Chairman of the Board of the Bridge Project at the University of Denver, Vice President of the Country Club Historic Neighborhood Association, and as a Board Member for The Denver Architectural Foundation. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
