The Roberto Coin/Breitling project, located in Denver’s prestigious Cherry Creek mall, involved constructing two adjacent shops with an open firewall in a “stop and shop” layout. The scope of work included installing new utility services, creating an 11-foot glass storefront, and applying new level 5 finish drywall. The project also featured extensive architectural trim and $500,000 of highly customized casework throughout. The approximate size of the project was 1,800 square feet on the mall’s second level. The construction was completed during normal working hours with little to no disruption to mall tenants and customers. The project was finished on time and within budget. One notable challenge was the installation of an in-scale model of a plane inside the Breitling store, which was successfully executed.
