JPMorgan Chase/Market Station

This 59,000 SF regional headquarters for Chase Bank consisted of a full tenant improvement across three floors from warm shell condition. Jordy Construction provided complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations for each level after participating in a year-long preconstruction effort and winning the project in a competitive bid environment. The fourth-floor features high-end finishes including custom millwork, designer lighting, executive offices, conference rooms, huddle spaces, and full break areas. A dedicated MER room supporting critical IT functions required a separate operational schedule, detailed productivity tracking, and close coordination through commissioning, testing, and pre-commissioning reporting. Throughout the project, Jordy Construction proactively managed supply chain challenges to maintain schedule and ensure delivery of all critical systems and materials.
