Jordy Construction completed a 3,996 SF ground-up JPMorgan Chase branch in Lafayette, Colorado. The facility features a slab-on-grade foundation supported by caissons and grade beams, with a structural steel and metal framing system and engineered wood roof trusses. The exterior incorporates storefront glazing, stucco, stone veneer, and James Hardie siding. Sitework included regrading, new utility installation, asphalt paving, curbs, gutters, and landscaping. Inside, wood wall systems and glass elements complement fully integrated security, data, ATM, and safe installations—coordinated closely with the owner’s vendors to ensure a seamless, operational branch.
