JPMorgan Chase/Cheyenne

This ground-up JPMorgan Chase branch in Cheyenne, Wyoming was constructed on a redeveloped site formerly occupied by a convenience store, gas station, and car wash. The project required extensive civil work to remediate soils and prepare the site for the new foundation system. Jordy Construction proactively advanced submittals and procurement to address supply chain and labor market challenges, including sourcing alternate equipment to maintain the project schedule. The scope included a new core and shell building, full site development, coordination with local utilities and municipalities, and a complete tenant finish build-out. Close collaboration with Chase’s vendors ensured a seamless and fully operational delivery.
