Jordy Construction was awarded this JPMorgan Chase core and shell build-out with a strong emphasis on schedule, quality, and strict adherence to specifications. To meet the project’s demands, our team conducted face-to-face submittal and shop drawing coordination meetings, allowing real-time collaboration with trade partners, architects, and third-party representatives to streamline procurement and resolve issues early. This proactive preconstruction approach ensured timely material delivery and positioned the field team to focus on layout, framing, and rough ceiling work in preparation for a detailed finish package that included soffits, lighting, signage, teller lines, and casework. By addressing complexities upfront, the project achieved a high level of quality, a minimal punch list, and a smooth transition to owner occupancy.
