Denver Place

Jordy Construction completed multiple interior and exterior renovation contracts at Denver Place, a full city-block mixed-use complex in the heart of downtown Denver featuring retail and commercial office space. Across several phased projects, our team delivered major upgrades that refreshed the building’s appearance while aligning with the owner’s long-term energy sustainability strategy. The property achieved Gold LEED-EB certification—the first in Colorado—and is an Energy Star–rated building. Notable projects included restaurant buildouts for Baja Fresh and Café 21, a Compass Bank expansion, and renovations to the north and south lobbies and elevator systems. All work was completed while the mall and office spaces remained fully operational.
