Cherry Cricket/Broomfield

Jordy Construction partnered with M-A Architects during preliminary design to transform a former Old Chicago restaurant into Cherry Cricket’s Broomfield location. The remodel incorporated the existing kitchen, dining, and bar areas while moving an exterior wall in-ward to create a new patio with a large fire pit. The project included all-new electrical, plumbing, exhaust hoods, and low-voltage systems. To preserve the Cherry Cricket identity, the original bar was retained and enhanced with knotty pine accents, and the signature lobby fish tank was added. Delivered on a fast-track summer schedule, the project was well received by the City of Broomfield and quickly became a success for the client.
