Capital One was a buildout of a first-generation banking concept that combined traditional banking operations with a café-style coffee shop. The space was divided between an open, customer-focused environment featuring wireless access, private financial coaching rooms, and café seating, and a secure back-of-house area that included offices, pantry space, and warehouse support.
Finishes included custom millwork with solid surfaces, interior storefront systems, and specialty wall coverings. Jordy Construction tied into the building’s MEP systems, including fire alarm and sprinklers, and coordinated closely with owner vendors such as security, café operators, and AV providers. In total, the project involved 46 separate subcontractor vendors, requiring detailed coordination and scheduling to ensure seamless delivery.
