Bank of Colorado

This project was a buildout of a first-generation banking space spanning two floors. The first floor includes the bank branch with teller operations and a safe, while the second floor houses executive offices, a breakroom, and conference rooms. Finishes include custom millwork with solid surfaces, interior storefront systems, and wall coverings. Jordy Construction tied into the building’s MEP systems, including fire alarm and sprinklers, and coordinated closely with owner vendors such as security and AV to ensure a seamless delivery.
