Ash & Agave

Ash & Agave was the complete first restaurant remodel Jordy Construction completed for Shucking Good Hospitality, who has three other restaurants in their portfolio—Blue Island Oyster Bar and Seafood in Cherry Creek & Lone Tree and Oliver’s Italian in Greenwood Village. The project consisted of gutting and rebuilding an existing restaurant at the valet entrance to the Cherry Creek Mall. Major design elements incorporated by Semple Brown Design included accent tile walls, board formed faux plaster finishes at booth walls, custom booths & banquettes, an elaborate back bar shelving unit with accent lighting, and an open ceiling concept in the dining room & bar.
