The Wells Fargo Center, better known as the Cash Register Building, was built in 1956 and was Denver’s first modern skyscraper. Today, it’s the third tallest structure in the city’s skyline. This 52-story building is home to over 30 tenants, including many law firms and financial institutions.

The Wells Fargo Center was last updated in 2002 and although the building was in great condition, the owners decided it was time to refresh the lobby. The intention was to stay true to the building’s original architecture and character while being creative in a contemporary way. Larger pieces of public art were added along with digital artwork by way of monolithic screens to help engage visitors and tenants.
