Summit Vision Care

Summit Vision Care is an out-of-the-ground 8,000-square-foot facility situated in Erie, Colorado. The structure features a slab-on-grade wood frame design, with meticulous attention given to creating a unique exterior reminiscent of a mountain structure. During the bidding phase, Jordy Construction proactively addressed budget constraints by transitioning from steel to wood, in consultation with the architect and structural engineer, ensuring adherence to the project budget.

The interior buildout is comprised of all new electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, along with dedicated exam and procedure rooms. The reception area is thoughtfully designed, incorporating a retail segment where Dr. Kennedy showcases a wide range of glasses for sale.
