Racca’s Pizzeria Napoletana (formerly Marco’s Coal-Fired Pizza) not only has a new name, but has also added another location, the Colorado Mills Mall. Owners Mark and Kristy Dym’s passion for Neapolitan Pizza prompted the opening of their first Pizzeria in Denver in 2008. Mark studied under one of the best Pizzaiuoli master craftsmen in the world and was awarded certification by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana. To this day, Racca’s is the only restaurant in Colorado with this certification.
Jordy Construction was brought on to build out their Colorado Mills location based on our extensive restaurant/retail experience. Some of the scope of work included the build out of the exterior and interior entrance, full demolition including a demising wall, build out of a new kitchen and installation of all fixtures (some imported).
