Jordy Construction remodeled the former home of the Celtic Tavern on West Belleview Avenue into a new restaurant for The Pint Room. The location of the kitchen and the restrooms were re-used in order to take advantage of the existing hood, MAU and underground plumbing lines that were already tied to the existing grease interceptor. All new bar and kitchen equipment was installed. The entire restaurant dining room and bar interior was completely gutted remodeled, to make way for a custom 43’ long by 7’ wide keg cooler in the middle of the restaurant to separate the bar from the dining area. New exterior Nana Wall operable windows were installed in three locations to include the large patio with the bar and community table area of the restaurant.

At the time of construction, The Pint Room had the most taps and most Colorado beers on tap in the state of Colorado at 175 total and approx 140-150 dedicated to local craft beers.
