Location Architect The Phantom Canyon Brewing Company is the oldest brewery in Colorado Springs located in the historic Cheyenne Building, which was built in 1901. The Cheyenne Building was the first downtown Colorado Springs restaurant to be placed on the National Register of Historical Places. Phantom Canyon opened in 1993 and over the years’ time has taken its toll on the interior. Jordy Construction did a full dining room cosmetic remodel including; front bar in its entirety, refinishing the original hardwood floors and all new casework and furniture. The kitchen scope included new hoods in ducting up an exterior space between two existing boilers four stories high. The entire restaurant was closed and completed in five weeks.
