One Line Studio

Jordy Construction and our trade partners collaborated with One Line Studio on this one-of-a-kind architectural studio in Greenwood Village that incorporates many natural materials and systems such as Dowel Laminated Timbers (DLT), redwood fins, naturally rusted metal panels & standing seam roof, minimal structural steel, and SADEV clip frameless windows. All these materials seamlessly integrate into a setting of Colorado native grasses and plants to form a single harmonious package that stops passersby in their tracks to admire this functional piece of architectural art.
