Nexgen

Constructed around 1952, the building had been consistently occupied by various tenants over the past 10 to 15 years. To prepare the building for the market, complete interior demolition, including upgrades to common areas and elevators, was deemed necessary. Nexgen also planned a comprehensive landscape upgrade, requiring careful coordination for project completion. It was evident that a thorough upgrade of mechanical and electrical systems, including servicing and troubleshooting the chiller and boiler, was essential. The desired finish level included an open ceiling system, clean lines, high-end finishes, and state-of-the-art TV systems. This project stood as Nexgen’s flagship building, serving as the headquarters for Nexgen Oil and Gas. The team collaborated seamlessly, overcoming project challenges, and ensuring success for all parties involved.
