Mantucket was a 10,000 square foot, fast track, high finishes project to an existing office suite located in DTC. The project started with a full demolition of all finish materials – carpet, ceiling, casework, existing gypsum board, and acoustical ceilings. Following a detailed review of the new layout, Jordy Construction commenced material procurement for HVAC, Lighting and plumbing materials. All items were custom specified so great care and detail was taken while negotiating lead times and shipping commitments from manufactures.

Framing, ceilings, and rough utilities were coordinated to start simultaneously. Crews were put on shift schedules and Jordy employees overlapped the shifts so all details could be clearly and concisely communicated. We had two superintendents working in lock step to coordinate inspections, drive the schedule and control quality. The project was originally slated for a 12 week completion. Jordy Construction successfully compressed this buildout to an eight week schedule, without sacrificing quality, safety, or communication to the team. Another successful high end, fast track project for our firm.
