Great Divide Brewery & Roadhouse

The Great Divide Brewery & Roadhouse began roughly 2 years ago when Jordy Construction introduced our long-term client, Vibe Concepts, to the folks at Great Divide Brewery to create a new Brew Pub concept in a new building in old town Castle Rock. Jordy assisted BOSS.architecture on the design of the over 9,000 SF total buildout, including a nearly 2,000 SF four-season patio. The efforts of everyone involved created a dramatic buildout including features such as a 2,000 SF starry night wood ceiling (complete with 10 fiber optic constellations), a 5-barrel brewery system, massive u-shaped concrete bar with island 16-tap beer towers and glass & liquor storage, six-barrel booths, a whiskey barrel display, exterior festoon lighting & entry fire pit, and a large glass wall to a dramatic expo kitchen.
