D Bar Denver

After working with this client on their original restaurant in 2009, we could not have been happier to help them with a new larger location just up the street. Located in Uptown, just a short walk from the Convention Center and the 16th Street Mall, D Bar is one of many restaurants planned for the new mixed-use building of Once City Block.  The new buildout was approximately a 4,000 SF electric dessert bar, coffee bar and upscale comfort food restaurant.  This project required noise control, existing residential tenant expectations, and multi-story shaft work for all MEP’s.  D Bar finished on time and on budget, with all parties working together to meet all inspection requirements from the City and the Health Department. Jordy Construction currently enjoys an ongoing relationship with this client.
