1408 WAZEE STREET

This project was a remodel of a 150-year-old building located in lower downtown Denver. The interior was demolished – taking care to shore structural aspects of the building, along with adding piers in the basement in order to mitigate decaying members in the building. The exterior received new windows, entry door system, roof, and a metal panel system was installed front and back – giving a new appearance to this old structure.
