Jordy Construction has been selected as the general contractor for the new Ash & Agave restaurant coming to Cherry Creek Shopping Center in Denver. The modern Mexican dining concept from Shucking Good Hospitality will transform the former California Pizza Kitchen space into a vibrant 4,800-square-foot restaurant inspired by the flavors and lifestyle of the Mexican Riviera. Designed by Semple Brown, the project will feature a tropical coastal atmosphere, wood-fired cooking, fresh seafood, and an agave-focused beverage program. The restaurant is expected to open this spring, adding an exciting new dining destination to Cherry Creek.
