DENVER, Colo. (December 9, 2013) Jordy Construction celebrates its 55th year as a leader in the Denver commercial construction industry and is proud to announce the promotions of Sean Wardroup to president, Ross Rosenow to vice president and Cody Hafner to senior estimator.
For 55 years, Jordy has accomplished some of the most ambitious and exciting construction projects in the Denver area. Jordy is consistently recognized by industry and past clients for its competitive edge, expertise, and innovation on complex and multi-faceted developments for high-profile restaurants, Fortune 500 companies, community organizations, municipalities, universities and hospitals.
Jordy’s recent promotions fits within the spirit of its anniversary’s theme, “Deep Roots, New Growth.” New president, Sean Wardroup, served as vice president for the company for 10 years and has been with Jordy since 1996. Wardroup has led successful construction projects such as Izakaya Den, The Squeaky Bean, University of Colorado Hospital, and many others.
“Working side by side with CEO Charles Jordy over the years has been an amazing experience,” said Sean Wardroup, president of Jordy Construction. “This opportunity to lead the company into its future and inspire new growth within the industry is very exciting, as we have many initiatives planned.”
Wardroup and Rosenow will lead Jordy’s key initiatives for 2014 and beyond, including reinvigorating the Jordy culture to create a cohesive, supportive and inspiring work environment; continuing to build on Jordy’s strong base of returning clients; and bringing innovative technology and cutting edge techniques to the construction industry. With Jordy’s new leadership at the helm, the future looks bright, with many more exciting projects on the horizon.
“The entire Jordy team is proud of what we’ve been able to accomplish over 55 years in business, and we’re looking forward to another 55 of success and innovation,” said Charles Jordy, CEO of Jordy Construction. “Wardroup has delivered consistently over the years and there is no better fit to lead Jordy in its continued success.”
