Denver’s Jordy Construction celebrated the completion of Loveland’s newest veterinary care and surgery clinic, the Four Seasons Veterinary Specialists. Jordy was brought on early in the design process and helped guide the project through budgeting and scheduling before serving as general contractor on the 5,000 sq. ft. build out of the space at 4120 Clydesdale Pkwy in Loveland, Colo.
For Jordy’s clients, Dr. Tara Britt & Dr. Jennifer Lowry, launching their own veterinary dentistry, general care, surgery, and radiology clinic was a dream which has now come true. The new state-of-the-art facility is complete with a pharmacy, treatment and lab areas, exam rooms, doctors station, surgery suite, special procedures room, food preparation and laundry area, animal runs, and even a fireplace in the lobby. The project took three months to complete.
Thanks to Jordy’s industry leadership in regional medical center construction and remodels, including building the Rocky Mountain Cancer Center, Boulder Community Hospital, Greenwood Surgery Center, and St. Joseph Hospital Blood Lab, the company’s skills transferred seamlessly to this project. Jordy was able to easily implement Dr. Britt’s and Dr. Lowry’s requirements for special mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and medical gas services to the space’s custom design and display features.
“The technical specs of this project were precise, and designed for a space that will better enable the professionals at Four Seasons Veterinary Specialists to deliver the highest level of care to Loveland’s pets,” said Jordy project manager Erik Ressel. “We had quite a few pet lovers on the team here at Jordy, and we were all fueled by Dr. Britt’s & Dr. Lowry’s enthusiasm and energy to build the very best vet clinic.”
The clinic’s grand opening was held on March 17th.
