Jordy Construction delivered a new 3,300 SF ground-up JPMorgan Chase branch in Frederick, Colorado. The project featured a steel-framed structure on a slab-on-grade foundation, with engineered roof trusses and a mix of high-quality exterior finishes including storefront glazing, stone veneer, stucco, and James Hardie siding. Site work included full utility installation, grading, asphalt paving, curbs, gutters, and landscaping. The interior combines wood and glass elements, seamlessly integrating security systems, ATMs, data systems, and safes. Jordy Construction coordinated closely with the owner’s vendors to deliver a fully operational branch on schedule.
