Epsilon

Epsilon selected Jordy Construction to remodel portions of their 2-story building for their new Colorado headquarters. Working closely with architect UNUM:collaborative on a design-assist basis, Jordy finalized the project scope and budget, incorporating additional areas and an emergency generator to support critical systems. The finished space features high-end finishes and dynamic amenities, including a two-story entry with a moss wall American flag, a private golf lounge with simulator, a gym, multiple glass-front conference rooms and offices, break and lounge areas, and a shower room. The collaborative effort resulted in a functional and inspiring workspace for Epsilon’s Colorado operations.
