Capital One was a first-generation banking concept that combined traditional banking operations with a café experience. The space was divided into two primary areas: an open, customer-facing environment featuring public seating with wireless access, private financial coaching rooms, and a full-service café; and a secured back-of-house area that included offices, a pantry, and warehouse/storage space. Interior finishes included custom millwork with solid surface countertops, wallpaper, and an interior storefront system. Jordy Construction tied into the building’s MEP systems, including fire alarm and sprinkler systems, and coordinated closely with owner vendors such as security, café equipment providers, and A/V specialists. In total, the project required coordination of 46 separate subcontractors and vendors.
