Josie Hendrickson joined Jordy Construction in 2025 as a Project Coordinator, supporting project teams with scheduling, documentation, vendor coordination, and client communication to help ensure projects progress accurately and on time.
She brings more than 15 years of administrative and operations experience across real estate and construction. Prior to joining Jordy Construction, Josie supported executive and team operations at eXp Realty, managed property operations and resident relations at BVB General Contractors, coordinated contracts at Coldwell Banker, and provided executive support at Fresh America.
Her expertise includes project document control, meeting coordination, AP/AR, payroll support, compliance reporting, and executive administration. Known for her precision, discretion, and service-oriented approach, Josie is a valuable asset to both field and office teams.
