Great Divide Brewery & Roadhouse in Belmar

This was a remodel of an existing restaurant space into the new Great Divide Brewery & Roadhouse in Belmar spans 6,484 SF of interior space and features the same architect as Great Divide Lone Tree, UNUM:collaborative. This is the third Great Divide project completed by Jordy Construction, and the second restaurant we’ve completed in Belmar for Vibe Concepts, following Tstreet Roadhouse in 2016. Design highlights include a multi-faceted Corten ceiling over the enlarged bar, multiple levels of elevated dining, backlit walls in the bar and restrooms, and all-new custom finishes and furnishings throughout. The existing kitchen has been spruced up, and a 1,300 SF patio is currently under review with the building department.
