Vestar Capital Partners

Jordy Construction was selected as the General Contractor for the build out of Vestar – a capital finance company. The architect of record was Semple Brown Design – Mary Kay Sunset. The project was a full build out from a warm core and shell. Naturally, full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were installed. The overall design of this project is stunning. The space is complete with custom sliding doors, high end millwork – wood paneled walls, barn doors, and niche alcoves. The floors are walnut throughout the space. Vestar was a 12 week schedule and fell within the contract budgeted amounts. This project was a success for all involved. It was a pleasure working on another project with Semple Brown Design and meeting the owners of Vestar Capital Partners.
