Location This 2.2 million dollar project for Neospine started for Jordy Construction as an empty core of a 17,000 square foot three-story building. Jordy Construction was selected because of our expertise in building ambulatory surgical centers. This project encompassed many challenges and unique attributes such as; the GE imaging units, magnetic shielded enclosures, three fully functional surgery rooms, clean and soiled utility rooms, 24 x 7 UPS and emergency generator, several structural modifications and roof screening.
