Location Architect Lone Tree Facial Plastics was an 1,100 SF core and shell buildout that adjoined to a fully occupied breast center. Work was carefully scheduled around working hours for shut downs and structural steel install as not to disrupt the adjoining practice. Pre-construction was coordinated to procure all long lead items to shorten construction schedule and facilities disruption.
