Erik Ressel joined Jordy Construction in 2013 after more than a decade leading multi-million dollar projects for construction firms in Colorado and California. Erik has earned a reputation for delivering large, multifaceted projects from proposal to close-out, on time and on budget, making him a valuable asset to Jordy and its clients.

Prior to joining Jordy Construction, Erik led more than 80 projects for Boulder-based Whitestone Construction Services, including major construction initiatives for the University of Colorado at Boulder. As a Project Manager with Dome Construction Corp in San Francisco, Calif., Erik served as Project and Site Manager, leading his teams in the construction of a number of complex biotechnology manufacturing, research and lab projects in the San Francisco area.

Erik also brings a strong foundation of green building knowledge to his role at Jordy as a result of his experience as a LEED Green Associate. With this credential, Erik maintains a working knowledge of the latest in environmentally sound construction practices and principles – an increasingly important skillset to many Jordy clients.
Erik received his Master’s degree in Construction Engineering and Management from Stanford University and his undergraduate degree in Engineering with a Specialty in Civil from the Colorado School of Mines.

Erik, his wife and son reside in Golden, Colo. Erik is an avid skier and enjoys camping, hiking, cooking, and traveling.
